DASHING UNVEILS “BIASISWA BAKAT DASHING” – POWERING MALAYSIA’S YOUNG FOOTBALLERS FROM GRASSROOTS TO GLORY!

KUALA LUMPUR, 13 August 2025 – DASHING, Malaysia’s leading men’s grooming brand, is proud to announce the launch of its latest youth-focused initiative: Biasiswa Bakat Dashing – a national football talent search designed to elevate aspiring young players onto the international stage. As it enters its second year, Biasiswa Bakat Dashing program continues to uphold its mission of supporting and uplifting passionate youth as they strive to reach their full potential.

As part of this landmark campaign, three (3) outstanding young footballers will be selected from a competitive pool of 120 shortlisted participants to receive a once-in-a-lifetime training opportunity at the Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre in London, United Kingdom – one of the world’s most prestigious football development institutions. Targeted at Malaysian boys aged 15 to 18 years old, Biasiswa Bakat Dashing aims to uncover and nurture raw football talent from the grassroot level. The campaign kicks off with an open call for video submissions via Biasiswa Bakat Dashing’s official Instagram and TikTok accounts (@biasiswabakatdashing), where participants are invited to showcase their skills and passion for the game through short football clips.

A panel of expert coaches and evaluators will review all entries and shortlist the top 120 most promising players. These players will be invited to attend an exclusive Talent Identification Camp in October 2025, to be held at Arena Sukan, Kuala Lumpur. The camp will be led by Tottenham Hotspur’s very own Global Development Coaches and will feature a series of structured assessments, high-intensity drills, and development sessions aimed at identifying players with the potential to thrive at the international level. “Biasiswa Bakat Dashing is more than just a campaign – it’s a movement,” said Devarshi Dalmia, Marketing Manager of DASHING. “It’s about giving Malaysian youth the confidence, exposure, and opportunity they deserve. We want to inspire young talents to dream bigger, train harder, and believe that they, too, can maintain on the global football stage.”
